these differences and prevents them from hindering their growth in the

There are both positive and negative implications

shown that by honest appreciation of the work that your team members do, they
are more likely to like you, work with the company and put their genuine effort
to advance the organization with teamwork (Carneige, 1936). Take into
consideration the positive aspects of gender diversity, culture and teamwork
that can improve overall business performance. By recognizing the positive
aspects of diversity, it can help you to improve performance through
collaborative work of team members and provide a learning opportunity for
yourself ( Zaccoroet al., 2001, Heinrich & Betts, 2003).

True Leadership is all about influence. It is
therefore, the responsibility of the leader to keep the team motivated by
leading from the front. By leading by example, leaders can win the trust of

diversified culture. A leadership position is usually given to people because
they have Leadership Potential ( Maxwell, 2011). And realization of this
potential is what helps leaders to motivate their team to be united even in a
